Air Time Plans
You have three air time plans to choose from: NTT-DoCoMo i-mode Plan: All incoming calls are charged at a note of 75 yen per minute. Outgoing calls are 75 yen per minute for domestic calls and 250 yen per minute for international calls. FREE e-mail service. NO minimum usage required.AU Flat Rate Plan: All domestic and international calls are billed at 250 yen per minute. All incoming calls are FREE. FREE e-mail service.AU Split Rate Plan: 50 yen per minute for domestic calls, 300 yen per minute for international calls. For clients placing a large number of domestic calls, this option offers savings. All incoming calls are FREE. FREE e-mail service.Attention Customers: There is a limited supply of AU-Phones left for
the month of June. If you are interested in Plan B or C, we will
fulfill your order with DoCoMo-Phones.Your Plan B or C rates will remain
the same with the DoCoMo-Phones.

No charge for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to initial day of use. 25% of minimum 3 day rental for cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to initial day of use. 50% of minimum 3 day rental for cancellations made within 3 days of initial day of use. 100% minimum 3 day rental if cancelled on day of arrival or after.

I understand that rates listed on this web site are rental rates and that I will be billed actual air time, including message retrieval charges, separately from rental rates. I also understand that a 5% tax and return shipping costs are separate and that my credit card bill will reflect these charges. I understand that there is a 5 minute per day minimum usage charge for J-Phone services. By providing contact information, including fax number in home country and/or e mail, I understand that I will receive details of my rental, inclusive of international call details and that domestic call details will be available to me only upon special request. I acknowldege that cellular phone reception may not be clear in certain buildings or underground areas and remote areas of Japan and I hereby agree to not hold Japan Handy Phone or affiliated companies responsible for inconveniences or lost business resulting from poor reception, disconnected calls or voice messages/e mails left for previous renter. I have read JHP's Cancellation Policy and agree to pay the cancellation fee. I understand that Insurance covers the phone against loss or damage, but that it will not cover me from liability for any loss, damage, expenses, theft or disappearance which is the result of intentional, willfull or reckless conduct or unauthorized use of the equipment. I also agree to pay, in the event that I do not select the loss/damage waiver, the following charges for any damaged or missing equipment: cell phone - 35,000 yen, Antenna replacement - 4,000 yen, Battery Charger - 7,000 yen. I further agree to provide Japan Handy Phone with alternate credit card information in the event that the card provided is invalid or contains insufficient funds to cover payment, and I agree that payment of charges will not be withheld pending receipt of call details.
