*1) There is a 5 minute per
day minimum usage requirement at the rate of JPY 250 (JPY 262) per
minute for Plans B & C. (no minimum charge for Plan A.) Since
the charges are based on a built-in meter in the phone, your charges
will be calculated based upon the total number of rental days x
5minutes. For example, if your rental term is 7 days, the minimum
amount that you are responsible for is 35 minutes (7 days x 5 min.)
x 250 yen. When calculating the total number of minutes, we will
round up to the last minute.

 | *2) The DoCoMo cellular phone allows you to send and receive e-mail messages up to 500 characters in length.

 | *3) The AU cellular phone allows you to send e-mail messages up to 1,000 characters in length and receive e-mail messages up to 10,000 characters in length.

 | *4) By reserving in advance, we will provide you with a phone number you will use prior to your departure for Japan. In return, this allows you to provide your colleagues or family members a temporary of phone number in case they need to get a hold of you while you are here in Japan.

*5) English Answering Service
Available - All of the JHP phones are equiped with Japanese oicemail
capability. We can personalize your voicemail answering services
in English, such as "Hello, this is (your name). Please leave
me a message after the tone." If you are planning to receive
important phone calls , we highly recommend this service for a fee
of 500 Yen. |

C, we will fulfill your order with DoCoMo-Phones.Your Plan B or C rates

Helpful Information
| 1) Rental phones are delivered to your hotel. If you are not staying at a hotel, please provide us a contact name and phone number so we can get in touch with you. |
| 2) Phone returns: For your convenience, a completed
return courier form with our address on it is provided. Just put
the phone in an envelope and ask a hotel front to hand it to a courier
outlet. The round-trip shipping charge is JPY 1,400(JPY 1,470).* |
| 3) There will be a charge of JPY 1,000(JPY 1,050) per
day for return delays that go beyond the 1-day allowed-. |
| 4) Each rental kit includes a cellular phone, battery charger, pocket-sized English Usage Guide and the return mailing form. |
